Scott's voice is always easy on the ear, and here he does a one-man show from start to finish, covering just about everything you'd want to know about his debut film, which is particularly good news for film fans as it tends to get overlooked in light of his more high-profile successes. He covers all the production details, which were done on the cheap, and his working methods, as well as pointing out a few "lucky accidents" during filming. Entertaining AND informative!

Ridley is always a fascinating speaker because of the amount of information he divulges on all aspects of the making of his films. This was very illuminating about the making of the film from start to finish. Besides walking us through the making of it, Ridley as usual throws in the technical bits of how certain shots or even scenes were filmed as well as his philosophy on being a filmmaker. There is much one can glean from his comments, whether you're just a film aficionado or a filmmaker because he never holds back. He's constantly honest which I appreciate quite a bit. A definite recommendation!
