Rogen and Goldberg sit down, turn on the microphone, give the impression that they’re not going to provide much that’s useful, and then follow through accordingly. They take turns leaving the room to go to the bathroom, keep clicking cigarette lighters because they’re “smoking”, and leave large gaps where they simply watch the movie. Other than comments like “she was great”, “that was funny”, Rogen’s main contribution is to point out “that was digital”, “that was all CGI except the floor” etc. If you were hoping to find out some background or motivation behind the political/controversial subject matter, or listen to anything remotely intelligent, forget it. In short, if these two don’t care about this commentary, why should we?

I liked this commentary better than the other poster. We don't get much information about the screenwriting process or how this idea came to them, but they do talk a lot about directing the film, and have some interesting stories to tell. Goldberg and Rogen obviously have a lot of chemistry and they're very funny guys.
