This track a bit too crowded, with the participants speaking over each other at times. Gilligan has the most to say and the best observations. He talks about how things changed from the filming of the pilot to the subsequent episodes and moving the show from Fx to AMC. Cranston shares some of his preparation for the show, that he shadowed a chemistry professor at USC. They talk about some of the bits that were trimmed for airing on AMC but are back on the dvd. Willingham and Cranston were fresh off of Emmy wins for the show.
Commentary 2: "Crazy Handful of Nothin'" - Creator/executive producer Vince Gilligan, writer George Mastras and actors Bryan Cranston, Anna Gunn, Aaron Paul, Dean Norris, Betsy Brandt and RJ Mitte Rating: no votes yetLogin to vote or review

This commentary is more reined in than that for the first episode, and has a better flow, and is more informative. Once again, Gilligan leads the discussion. They talk about filming in Albuquerque and reveal pickup shots and some scenes that were patched together or shot out of sequence. They had to scramble to finish on the cusp of the writers strike. Mastras explains the reference to Cool Hand Luke for the title of the episode. Brandt and Mitte are not part of this track.
