This is a very informative and funny commentary. Anthony Rapp and Adam Pascal share interesting anectdotes from their experiences in both the stage and screen versions of Rent. Chris Columbus offers the technical and narrative decisions in translating the musical to the screen, as well as addressing criticisms ("nitpicking" is the term used most often), and the MPAA rating.

Sidenote: Since listening to the commentary, I've learned that Anthony Rapp appeared in Adventures in Babysitting, which was also directed by Columbus. I find it surprising that it was never brought up during the 2+ hours, especially considering that Columbus does tell us the other movie in which Adam Pascal appears with Sarah Silverman (School of Rock).

Correction: Adventures in Babysitting is mentioned once, when Anthony Rapp talks about Columbus allowance of ad-libs and improvising.
