(NOTE: This review is for all three Naked Gun Movies) All the Naked Gun commentaries are funny as hell. What's interesting is that unlike some commentaries, it's easy to follow what's going on in the each movie and you never miss a joke. In some ways, each movie is improved by watching them with the commentaries on. All the commentators (David Zucker and Robert Weiss in particular) have no problem whatsoever in not taking themselves or their movies seriously. They tell many behind the scenes stories, and even explain various movie terms. These films may not be of Criterion quality, and the commentators may not be Roger Ebert of Michael Jeck, but I find that all three of the Naked Gun movie commentaries are entertaining, informative, and immensely funny. If you enjoy the Evil Dead and Evil Dead II commentaries, don't miss out on these.

This commentary took a while for it to get going. They don't have much to say in the beginning. But after 15 minutes, they perk up. The track isn't as good as the track to the first film, which is probably what was wrong with the beginning of this one; they ran out of steam.

But it's a good commentary none the less. They talk about how intense Robert Goulet was, casting a stunt ass for Richard Griffiths "We try not to auditions the butts before lunch", the footage of the tank had to be sped up because it was moving very slowly, how David got permission from his brother Jerry for the Ghost parody and pointing out jokes they hate.

This commentary is very funny. You get information about the gags, the work of stuntmen, the censorship, the problem with the ending and the actors. The track is not very technical.

They had a good time doing this track. 8 out of 10.
