Not as good as I'd hope, though a still above-average commentary. There's a few pauses that bugged me, but no major silences. There's a lot of interesting information on offer, and I would still say it's worth a listen. Payne is engaging speaker, I just wish he had kept his energy up throughout.

Payne does a good job. He talks about the script, the actors, shooting in his hometown Omaha, symbols in the movie (apples and trash), deleted scenes, high schools movies in general, technical details, the costumes etc. There are only a few gaps and it is always interesting. Similarities to his first movie Citizen Ruth are also mentioned.

A very solid track. 9 out of 10.
