Pretty tame. Director laments several times how much critics overlooked just a great staple, actioner; Insists studio demand re-editing for PG-13 box-office jettisoned a lot of blood, violence, and gore. Editor more or less agrees with little enthusiasm. Shallow commentary, triflin flick.
Commentary 2:
Producers John Davis and Wick Godfrey

Ive decided that out of the styles of commentaries out there. I prefer the producers talking through the film. Rarely do they just narrate the storyline. We get the whole insight into the geneiss of the project, the troubles they have making it. the re-writesa and lots of details about the casting process and the meetings with the studios.
This is what we get here and the talkers are rarely silent.
This is a recommended commentary even if you arent a huge fan of the film (although then why youd own the DVD i dont know) because of the insight into the world of producing films.
